In addition to the requirements listed 1099 drivers will be required to provide an Employer Identification Number (EIN), also known as a Federal Tax Identification Number.
There will also be a set of credentials that vary per state passed through from the Health Services Department. Most of these include First Aid/CPR, various quizzes, drug test, and defensive driving course.
We have both 1099 and W2 drivers at all of our Wisconsin based locations and we are always accepting applications for drivers.
Though we may not always have openings for drivers as the need arises for additional drivers we turn to this pool of applicants first. As positions become available you will be contacted for an interview and to fill out additional application information. At this point a background check will be run so please verify that the information you provide on the first application is correct.
If you feel you meet the listed requirements please feel free to choose the type of driver you’re interested in becoming below and fill out the first round application.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
